I'd give zero stars if that was an option. We've eaten at Rio Station many times. They have always accommodated my gluten free diet. Tonight we were celebrating my husband and my birthdays. Since the menu is limited due to COVID, they did not have rice like they usually make me as a side. The waitress offered couscous. I have never had couscous before. I asked if it was gluten free. She said she'd check with the chef. She came back and said it was gluten free. With the first bite, it tasted like pasta. I asked the waitress. She said it was a grain. I took another bite. I knew something wasn't right. I looked up couscous on my phone and discovered it is made with wheat. I immediately stopped eating. I flagged down another employee, who later turned out to be the manager. She never identified herself. She came out with the back and sure enough... in unavoidable letters, it said it contained wheat. I am now at home sick and missing out on celebrating with my family. I don't know if they changed ownership or something else, but I am so disappointed. This was a restaurant I've always trusted to eat at as a Celiac, but now as I write this so sick and in pain, I can confidently say that I won't be eating there again.

Celiac friendly?
