Absolutely wonderful! The owner has celiac and knows her stuff! There are also other items to eat if you don’t want sweets! Kahlua pork, nachos, hot dog over rice, smoothies. I felt so comfortable eating here!

The owner has Celiac, and couldn't be nicer. She told us all about the menu and shared her experience with my daughter, who was recently diagnosed with Celiac too. Everything on the menu (except hot dog buns) is GF and delicious. We'll be going back as often as possible during our time in Kauai. Highly recommend!

Superb shaved ice. Recommend spending the extra two bucks to get the organic, homemade syrups — the creamy coconut was incredible, very refreshing, and the strawberry was stuffed with seeds, so fresh. Clearly marked menu, too, where all shaved ice flavors are gluten-free. The person who made our cups did so with such artistry! And while it looks big, you’ll want your own, rather than to share it.

We stumbled upon this little food cart on our adventure down the coast. The ladies working the cart were so friendly and personable. When I let them know we were celiac they took extra care to give us our food without contamination. They make the pork marinade themselves so they were able to confirm it was safe for us to eat. I will promote them to all our friends as a little south end destination spot. Thank you!
