Review of Rise Authentic Baking Co.

Rise was our first stop in Grand Rapids, had a fantastic lunch of vegan nachos, and an elevated vegan grilled cheese w a soft vegan cheese and caramelized onion. Quickly disappeared! And then we filled a pastry box with apple fritters (my first in 20 years of celiac life!) a donut, a stroopwafel, millionaire bar, yum tart…all were fantastic. Will stop again anytime we’re near GR!
