The staff isnt knowledgable. The place is cute and lets face it, we don't have a lot of options around here. They have cauliflower GF pizza and usually have Gluten Free bread for sandwiches. The Italian sandwich we got was really good out of the oven. My daughter loved the slaw we got on the side that comes on the sandwich. She got the gluten fries. Great experience and nice people downtown. Grab a sandwich or pizza and support downtown Brooksville.

Waitress did not seem concerned at all with her celiac and kept a telling me to just look at the menu. They did have gf pizza crust that was made of cauliflower but was not reassuring to me at all. No gf bread. Hoping no reaction this evening.

Great food. Staff knows celiac needs and the options were great. Their gf Pizza is excellent. They have daily options that may not be gluten free. But are exceptional for the others in your party.
