Excellent server and chef care and knowledge for GF. The only place I’ve found with GF ramen noodles - plus the food is amazing. Very trustworthy.

The ramen is amazing, they only have one vegetarian GF option but considering they’ve got two other non GF alternatives that’s pretty good.
