Excellent experience, exceeded my expectations. The risotto was delicious, service was amazing, and so far the best aperol spritz I’ve had. Highly recommend for a quaint Italian experience. And yes they delivered bread to the table, unrequested, for an extra charge.

Tucked away on a side street is this small totally GF restaurant focused on the Melotti family's arborio rice. We enjoyed the GF bread and rice cakes, arancini, crostini, and of course, the risotto. The mushroom and sausage and the amatriciana were delicious. Highly recommend!

Completely gluten free We ordered ravioli de Bresaola, risotto a la matriciata, and risotto a la norma. Everything was delicious, even the bread. Definitely a place to go even if it's not in you area.

We found this restaurant by accident. What an amazing find! Everything in this restaurant is gf! Large menu and we got to have food we don’t normally get. Arancini, the best hot bread I’ve ever had!!

Completely gluten free. Delicious risotto, friendly staff. I went to their location in florence and here and had a great experience both times. Their beer has barley malt but is still labeled gluten-free and the waiter insisted it was fine for celiac, not sure if it’s handled differently in Italy but I avoided to be safe.

Totally GF and totally great place to eat. I would return daily. All five in my party had a great meal. I am only GF diner and everything was wonderful. And yes it is pretty much all risotto, so hope you like rice! Maybe a dozen or no more variations and good appetizer choices.

I walked in without a reservation and could tell the staff were hesitant. They let us sit down but said we have to be gone in an hour and 15 minutes. No problem, it was just my mom and I. The food was incredible, the service was great, the place is cute. Will be back.

Completely gluten-free restaurant! Everything here was amazing. We came back three times. They have THE best gluten-free bread I’ve ever had. It was like a mix between thick sour dough and french bread. The risotto was also to die for. And so were the desserts. 10/10 recommend!

LOVED IT! Whole restaurant is GF. They had amazing gluten free bread. We had the duck risotto and the ragu risotto, both so so good. Felt great after. Great vibe in the restaurant, felt fancy and worth the price. Most risottos were 15-20 euros.

100% gluten free and delicious! Started with focaccia and rice cakes, and as I’m sure you know having pre meal bread when going out is usually out of the question, so already we were excited. We had the arancini di riso (fried rice balls) which were delicious, as were the risottos. Very good, cozy vibe, the one waiter was busy but very nice. Definitely recommend.

Simply amazing. If you like risotto, you have to come there. We were there in 2018 and dreamed about their risotto till our next visit (yesterday-2022). High quality ingredients and 100% gluten free menu. We will definitely come there next time in Rome!

We made reservations online, but when we arrived they said they already emailed me to let me know they were too full. However, a table came free and they seated us a few minutes later. The rice breads came out hot and were delicious! I ordered the mushroom risotto and it was well prepared, but tasted better after adding ground pepper. They were amenable to not adding any cheese or dairy. I did not see a dessert menu. Overall it was a nice dinner.

We had been to the location in NYC so we decided to try out this location in Rome. The risotto here is the best. So many variations and very high quality ingredients. The arancini starter is delicious! This location is in a super cute part of Rome down a quiet, charming street.

So nice to have a full GF experience. Biggest treat here is the starter bread basket (and rice cakes) being warm rice flour focaccia. Menu is mostly risotto but a couple other starters as well. Food was nice and staff efficient.

Served wine and also had GF beer!

Vibe was a bit subdued when we dined there so knocking off a star for that but food wise flavors were great and the risotto delivered. Maybe was just a late, off night on a Tuesday in terms of atmosphere. Had they just turned in some music it would’ve made a difference.

My husband and I really enjoyed our meal here. We shared an order of arancini to start. They were delicious, and luckily there were just four tiny ones, because our main courses (artichoke risotto and pistachio and burrata risotto) were very filling… and delicious. We had no room for dessert (just as well, since we’d had gf gelato at Grom earlier in the day), but we really enjoyed our tasty and relaxed meal.
