Ristorante Caldo e Freddo

Ich bin Stammgast und in der Regel 1x die Woche bei Ali. Glutenfreie Pizza und Pasta sind immer vorrätig. Mein Highlight ist aber, das immer alles möglich gemacht wird. Die Gerichte der wechselnde Tageskarte sind in Absprache zu 99% (ggf. Mit kleinen Abwandlungen) auch glutenfrei erhältlich. Auch bei den Vorspeisen hat man Auswahl, Carpaccio/Vitello Tonato und glutenfreies Brot mit Dips (das sind meine Favorites :). Ich hab dort noch nie Probleme gehabt, außer vielleicht das ich viel zu viel gegessen habe, weil alles so lecker ist (Und ich reagiere sehr empfindlich auf kleinste Spuren.)

Vorab gibt es auch immer eine Scheibe glutenfreies Brot und Dips. Das wird direkt beachtet, sobald ihr glutenfreies Essen bestellt habt. Sehr aufmerksam - auch der Service :)
