The whole restaurant is gluten free and the location is amazing! Really enjoyed the dishes I got. It is not the standard pizza and pasta. Would really recommend.

The best meal I had in Italy. Truly phenomenal. The best gluten free bread I’ve ever tried - it truly makes you wonder if it is GF, but it is as the whole restaurant is gluten free! This place is a dream. You must try!

Amazing experience !!! Beautiful location everyone from the owner of the castle to the hotel lobby attendant were great . And the food was out of this world every single dish was amazing and the bread was also amazing. Don’t even ask everything in the menu is GF

It’s true. It’s 100% gluten free. I am accustomed to asking about items fried in the same oil with gluten items and the server said they don’t have any gluten items here at all. Food was delicious and had wonderful presentation. Price is very reasonable for what you get. This will be a new stop for me whenever I’m near Florence!
