Ristorante Paoletti

This is a lovely restaurant in downtown Highlands. A large selection of gluten-free options are indicated on menu. The server even found me some gluten free bread to eat when everyone else had their bread. Food was delicious and service was excellent, even on the very busy night we were there. Love this restaurant! I will be back.
