Ristorante pizzeria Buona Forchetta

I was a bit concerned with the language barrier at this restaurant. However, all you have to say is, “senza glutine” and they will take care of you. I got the spaghetti tomato and it was delicious! The sauce was amazing. The gluten free pasta was also pretty decent. I, also, didn’t notice any symptoms from contamination. You should check this place out!

Best gluten free pasta I’ve ever had! The waiter said any pasta can be made gluten free. I tried the chicken Alfredo and it was so delicious. My husband got the tortellini with ham (not gluten free) and said it was the best pasta he’s ever had. Highly recommend this place!

Casual local fare with mixture of neighborhood regulars and a few tourists. My request for gf pasta was treated like no big deal, and had lovely amatriciana with a side of chicory, all gf. My friend had a great gluten-full meal alongside. Pasta cooked perfectly and delicious!

I have celiacs & this was my first time eating out in Italy. Gluten free rigatoni pasta available, could be made with any sauce + any of the seconds were gluten free (more meat, fish). Super easy to communicate allergens and get gluten free pasta, and super yummy on top of that!! No gf menu at all/no comments about gf pasta on the menu either.

Great authentic local Italian experience. The service is fantastic. Only spaghetti pasta available, but they can pair with all sauces. All second courses can be done gluten free.
