Lovely little pizzeria. Huge GF menu. As soon as I advised I was GF given new cutlery and bread separate GF menu.….the bread roll was the best I’ve eaten….not sweet or dry. Felt completely safe and ‘normal’…the pizza menu was massive with so many options (20+) and my pizza was delicious.

Came across this Gem of a gluten free restaurant by pure chance. Really big chive of delicious gf foods and beer, from pizza to pasta and all I tasted was simply the best. Bottom line, if you’re coeliac are gluten intolerant go hungry and enjoy a treat.

A fantastic place for celiacs! Very dedicated and friendly staff. I was told that they have a separate gluten free kitchen. The filled pasta (casoncelli bergamaschi) were wonderful! 11 different deserts on the gf menu, what a hard choice…

There were two separate kitchens, one GF and one "normal" kitchen to ensure no cross-contact. Also, we were brought new cutlery for the people in the group who are GF. Their GF pizzas are probably some of the best GF pizzas I have ever tried, pretty much the same flavour as a "normal" pizza. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and they have separate GF menus.

I had the best gf burger of my life! The staff is very knowledgeable about celiac and very friendly. The restaurant has a separate gf menu and a dedicated oven for gf pizzas.

So this was a whole new experience for me. There was a whole separate menu for gluten free! Two page’s. All kind of other allergies where singed with a number (nuts, lacto, lupine etc) When the waitress checked if i had a gluten allergy and brought me new curterly with a bun, both in a separate back. I was touched by this because I haven’t experienced something like this in the Netherlands. The waiter recommended my friends to orther something gluten free as well so I could taste there dish and he had good recomandations for a disch and wine. They even brought a gf focasia for me. I ate the ravioli and loved it! If I remember correctly it was corn flour with quinoa flour. It was a little bit on the salty side but really good. For dessert there was 1 option without cow milk. I really hoped they had a tiramisu vegan or without cow milk. But I really enjoyed the lemon sorbet ice cream and drank a limoncello with it. It was al terrific!!

We really had fun with the waiter. He had a good humor. It was a crowded evening but everything was perfectly on time. But we didn’t understand why they took the plates one by one, even just after someone was finished at hour table. Even when one of was just eating the last bite.

I will definitely come back for a gf bear, the vegan terra cotta or an other gf dish.

They have a separate gluten-free menu. When they saw I was using the gf menu the server took away my utensils and instead gave me some sterilised (and perhaps not used) utensils plus a gf bun. The staff is very knowledgeable about cross contamination and gluten-free food. The food was great!

Delicious! The pizza GF is really good and they have original variety of pizza with local ingredients. You can also try casoncelli made of quinoa flour.

If you stay in Bergamo it is worth a visit :)

Last but not least the staff is really friendly and the are really super careful when you tell them that you are gluten free ( they change your cutlery with a sealed one and they bring you gluten free bread)

Amazing experience! When we sat down at the table, they immediately asked us who ate gluten-free. They are super well-knowledged about celiac and are super careful, even with traces!

Byron has two different kitchen and one is only for gluten free meals. They are certified for gluten free and they cook a great gluten free pizza, like the “classic Italian one” with a lot of flavors. They have pasta and “Casoncelli”, Bergamo’s famoust dish. Many dessert gluten free as well. I am celiac and I always choose Byron for my dinner. They also serve “normal” pizza and meals with gluten, but cooked separately in a different kitchen. You also have to taste their gluten free hamburger with home made bread! So delicious!!!
