This restaurant is a family favorite! We book a reservation weeks in advance before our vacation to ensure we can dine in. I have eaten here for years as a symptomatic celiac without any issues. Staff are super knowledgeable and accommodating. They use Capello’s noodles for pasta dishes and the risotto is gluten free. I love the pesto chicken risotto dish. Highly recommend!

Great restaurant with many gluten-free celiac safe options. They offer gluten-free fettuccine as a substitution. If you don't want pasta, they have other gluten-free side, dishes, such as vegetables, mashed potatoes, etc. Many of the entrées are available gluten-free. We got chicken, marsala, veal, marsala, and salmon. Everything was gluten-free and delicious. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Wonderful service.

Better than many restaurants in vail or BC and great gf selection as well. They are very knowledgeable about gf options and the food is always delicious. Tried the sea bass and artichoke pasta special, amazing. Bolognese always good as well. No gf bread but that’s fine

Great risotto and gluten free pasta options. Almost everything on the menu is marked gf and can be made gf. A little out of the way, but it’s great ratings on various travel websites explain the busy crowd on a Wednesday night!
