I ordered a burger and told the waitress I had a gluten allergy and needed GF bun, etc. when my burger came the bun was toasted and I believe that’s where the cc came from. The food is good but I got sick. Be careful

We found to food very good here with their menu clearly labeled what was GF. They had lots of options. Very friendly staff.

The food was good but over priced, the real problem is that when we ordered a gluten free burger they served it to us with the onion rings still on it and when we asked if they were gluten free we were told, “oh I’m pretty sure it is, they fry them in the same fryer as the fries and they’re gluten free” and then after my girlfriend had already taken a bite the waitress came back and said that the onion rings were in fact not gluten free and didn’t offer to re make the burger. Not only is their gluten free menu not to be trusted (since all their fries are on it) but they clearly don’t care about allergies luckily my girlfriend’s allergy isn’t life threatening.

Been here twice as a celiac and hope to be back more!! I’ve had the caprese pizza and the Greek pizza and another celiac had the cheese pizza. We had no reactions and enjoyed the meal. The French fries were in a dedicated gf frier and were so good!! They also have gf ice cream sandwiches with giant gf cookies! Would definitely recommend!

Came here for lunch. Items on their menu were marked GF. They told me the rosemary shoestring fried are cooked in a dedicated fryer so I order a burger with a GF bun and fries. Asked that the bun not be toasted to avoid cc and they marked a severe gluten allergy on my ticket. The food was good and I had no reaction. Very happy, tho the prices were a bit high for the portion sizes.

Great experience, our server was very knowledgeable about cross contact. When I said that I had celiac and asked if they could prepare food safely, he said he marks gluten allergy on the order and the staff knows to change gloves, clean surfaces, etc. I had a Caesar salad and roasted Brussel sprouts with bacon, and a mojito, all were delicious. He wasn’t sure about the safety of the brussel sprouts, so he checked with the chef to make sure. They also have may other GF items, including GF buns, baguette and a couple of desserts. Looking forward to my next visit!

I think perhaps they’ve increased their precautions based on others’ reviews. My experience was great! They now have separate ovens even for their pizza, I experienced no symptoms after eating here and it was a delight to have pizza! Highly recommend.

I had a fine experience at Ritter’s. I got the classic burger with a gf bun. I checked with the server and unfortunately the fryer is not dedicated gf, so I didn’t get French fries. The burger was yummy though and I didn’t get sick!

Ritters has pretty decent GF options on their menu and their salads are amazing. They have a dedicated GF fryer but not pizza oven. They made sure our French fries were served separately from my husband's burger. If you are celiac eating out at a restaurant that isn't dedicated GF you need to know you are assuming some risk and not everything on their menu will be available to you.

I’m sure they change gloves but they’re not all that
I ordered a gluten free burger with fries. The fries state they are gluten free and NOWHERE on their online menu states that they have a shared fryer. Their GF buns are great. Burgers are blan. Found out my second time the fries are fried in a fryer where they have breaded chicken. I didn’t notice them even having breaded chicken on menu. Should have a disclaimer under fries. They told me second time, not first. Over priced. Great ranch though.

I've been glutened here. Buyer beware.
Went into to get order a pizza. When I asked the guy at the counter if they’ll change they’re gloves, wipe everything down and if they cook it in a different oven; he told me no, no, and it’s not cooked separately. It’s not worth the risk. Fake “gluten free”
No
Spent $8 on a 6” pizza & it wasn’t good. They did cook it in a separate oven to avoid contamination. The salad was good though! I’ll be back to try more menu items and hopefully they’ll be better

Great pizza, very happy customer.
They are really careful- excellent GF pizza! Love the atmosphere!
The food is extremely clean and was tasty. Will be going back for sure.
Best gluten free pizza crust I've ever had and they have gluten free house made waffle cones for the ice cream!
Great salad bar and all dressings are gluten free. They have gf pizzas that they cook separately.
An excellent establishment! Some of the best gluten free pizza I have ever had. They use Cascade Baking Co pizza crust. My wife has celiac and had no trouble at all with the food. Very impressed. We love this local business!
