I was excited to try this place when I saw they have gluten free bread. I ordered a chicken caprese sandwich that was marked with a gluten allergy. When I received the sandwich, I noticed they did include gluten free bread, but the chicken inside the sandwich was breaded (it’s normally grilled so it’s usually a “safe” food). I called and asked if the sandwich was gluten free and the person on the phone informed me that they “realized the chicken wasn’t gluten free after the fact.” They didn’t apologize or offer to send me a gluten free replacement. I’m thankful I didn’t eat it and that DoorDash refunded part of the order after I let them know about the allergy incident. The coffee was decent, but I wouldn’t risk getting food from there again.
