I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS VENUE AGAIN!! If there was a zero or less than zero star designation, I would give it. For several years an organization I belong to has held a banquet here. Every year I have trouble getting a gluten free meal--usually very plain salmon with steamed veggies. Two different years I had to sent the salmon back because it was still raw in the middle. This year they first brought me a salad with croutons, and never brought me a new one when I sent it back. Then brought me a gluten containing beef dinner, that they took back. Then brought me vegetarian pasta--I was obviously suspicious, but the wait staffer repeated back to me twice that "yes, it's gluten free". So I began to eat. A few minutes later they came back and took it back saying it was not gluten free. I have now spent a painful sick night and will certainly have discomfort and lost productivity today. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS VENUE AGAIN!! I received a tepid apology from the manager, but little reassurance that it won't happen again. Whatever, the reason, don't eat here. Just don't.
