I ordered a yummy strawberry pecan salad with grilled shrimp because the waiter did not seem to know anything about what could be prepared gluten free. She was clueless about whether the kitchen staff had any gf protocols in place. Many items on the menu seem to be fried.

Understands gluten free and cross contamination. Will wipe down grill, use new utensils, butter, etc. However, only 3 stars for having a huge menu of mostly sandwiches and burgers, but no GF buns. If you’re going to offer GF safely, go the extra step and make it taste good. I had the grilled pork tenderloin which was just a piece of flat meat on a plate. Also use a shared fryer so no fries for me.
