Great little place downtown! Service was awkward and they seemed like I was an alien, however, food and coffee were amazing! They even asked if it was an allergy or presence so they took it seriously. Great place for breakfast

Nice cafe, great service! The staff was very thoughtful about gluten allergy, and seemed to have a clear understanding of cross-contamination. They offer gluten free bread and bagels.

Staff asked if I had an allergy or a preference when I ordered, so they may be aware. I had a club sandwich on gf bread. The entire sandwich was a big crumbled mess after the first bite. I had to get a fork to eat what I could salvage. Now I know gf bread is often crumbly but this was to the extreme. Very disappointed.

Asked if they can accommodate for GF for my wife who has celiac and they said yes and that it is part of their "allergy policy" to change gloves and take all proper precautions. However, we watched them making the food and the employee would grab bread to put in the toaster, then proceed to put her gluten contaminated hands into the container of bacon, eggs, and many other containers containing them all. So if you have celiac and will get ill off the slightest contamination than this is not the place to get food... GREAT coffee though!

Wow! As a Celiac, I really don't eat sandwiches anymore, but grabbed a turkey bacon avocado sandwich while traveling north. OMG, it was amazing! If/when I get back to town, I will definitely return.

We came here for vacation for memorial weekend 2014. We came to here to have breakfast before heading home. I asked specifically for the GF pancakes. They look confused and said they do not have Gluten Free pancakes. So I said never mind and walked away to sit at a table to watch my family eat their breakfast. Then as another employee walked by I asked if they had ANY gluten free items, and she said they did not have any Gluten Free items and that they are not knowledgable of them! I even asked 2 people and they didn't even seem to know anything about having GF items or what GF is... So very disappointed...

Great sandwiches made from gluten free bead. salads are great too, small beverages and menu is on chalkboard. Definitely worth trying for lunch or dinner.

Was a little leary at first. Was visiting town and starving and decided to try it. Had a roast beef & cheddar sandwich on GF bread. It was full of meat and cheese, not dry (it was not toasted), and it was served with orange slices. They took care to not cross contaminate (without having to ask)

They carry Udis products including bagels, bread and cookies. Any of their sandwiches and breakfasts can be done with an Udis substitute, but make sure you're clear if there can't be any cross-contamination. Their salads can be easily done without croutons, n they occasionally feature other gf bakery options.
