Yes

They don’t change gloves or knives and it’s just not a good meat to cheese to bread ratio for all of their sandwiches including the regular ones.

Beware. They did not change gloves or cutting knife and cut on the same counter as other sandwiches. GF bread crumbled apart. Not for the sensitive or celiac

Not the best gf bun I've ever had (crumbly) but it's nice that they have the option and since the sandwiches are roasted they keep them in their own piece of tin foil so there is less potential for contamination.
