Great pizza! After telling the wait staff that I have Celiac, the owner came out and said he would personally oversee the order. The pizza is cooked in the same oven as regular pizza, but they used a separate stone to cook the pizza on. I haven’t gotten sick yet, so fingers crossed. 🍀
Second time coming back. I changed the safety rating to a five star. I didn’t get sick. Here’s a tip from one of the managers: order the Cali Italia or the Prosciutto Arugula pizza as they have less of a chance of cross contamination.
