Delicious pizza, albeit expensive, but I had enough for leftovers and it was still very good. Two people could share one though, even the 10” GF one, it’s hearty. Allergy was noted and the cleaning protocols were explained—oven would be cleaned, fresh tools, gloves, etc, but they can’t guarantee kitchen air is free from contamination. I was satisfied with the cleaning measures though and I did not get sick. Robert himself even went around the restaurant to chat with tables and enjoying telling me about his GF flour from Italy and how to work with GF flours when baking. I name-dropped this app as the reason I came in, and we should always make restaurants aware of it when we can because there’s power in numbers!
