I was very excited to go here after seeing and hearing great things about their gluten free options and precautions for celiac and cross contamination. However, the evening ended up disappointing at dessert. I will say we had no issues with the pizza being safe.

The incident I was extremely disappointed with was not only did they gluten one of our 2 diners with celiac, after we emphasized multiple times the severity of it, but that they did not apologize when it occurred.

We decided to order gelato and they confirmed twice ALL gelatos were gluten free and safe. My friend ordered the hazelnut gelato, took one bite and could tell there was gluten from the texture of a crunch. Upon asking the waiter what was in it and confirming it was gluten free it was clear he did not double check and shared he was told it was gluten free. Upon checking the label he realized there was wheat flour. Rather than sincerely apologizing he shifted blame saying he was told it was gluten free.

After this, the manager came over to our group and did not address the problem directly. My friend who was glutened had to. Once again, rather than apologizing he shifted blame onto their distributor saying all their gelatos are supposed to be gluten free.

Overall, it was very unfortunate because we enjoyed the ambiance and gluten free pizza. However, after how they handled the situation I cannot in good conscious go back.
