We got here and were told that the gf crust was made from a wheat flour with gluten removed. My sister and I (both celiac) were very confused. We asked the manager and he pointed us to a Fioreglut - a gluten free flour from Italy - which looked like it was NOT made from wheat. We ended up ordering a soppresata pizza which was delicious. Crust was thicker than I typically like but good enough that the non gf guy at the table enjoyed it. I did however feel a bit sick later after eating here (I’m very sensitive)— but my sister was fine. So unclear on the safety aspect.
