We were in town for two nights and heard we had to eat here for gf pizza. Luckily we had a reservation because it was busy!! It was only about 20 min wait after we arrived. Our server was great- she has a trainee. Pizza came out in about 30 min. I ordered the Brussel sprout bacon pizza and my daughter ordered the The Lia. The crust was the best GF crust we have ever had in America. It was crispy outside and chewy inside. It tasted unreal for gf. Amazing crust. That being said- my Brussel sprout bacon pizza was inedible. The Brussel sprouts tasted liked they had been microwaved 5 days before and then burned to the top of the pizza. And every inch was covered with them. I scraped off the toppings and ate the crust of one piece but the bitter flavor lingered. My daughter had the classic cheese pizza. It was way better topping wise. But the crust was much darker and almost burnt- not as thick or chewy as mine. We ended up compromising. We ate the triangle inside of her cheese pizza and not the outer crust and then tore off and ate the outer crust of mine but not the triangle part with toppings. The waitress asked if we wanted ranch dipping sauce and we said yes- luckily! It was homemade and amazing. It made my daughter’s overdone crust palatable. It made my perfect crust divine. I would definitely come back. But I would have reservations about the done- ness of the crust.
