The service was amazing. They will make any changes to rolls requested and can bake rolls as well. Each roll is delicious. There is a dedicated gluten free menu but it is small. Again, you can modify any roll to be gluten free. They also have gluten free soy sauce available upon request. I personally enjoyed dipping my sushi in the ginger salad dressing which you can request even if you don't purchase the salad. Amazing sushi. Amazing service. 5 stars!
