They seem safe enough but there are very few GF menu items and half of them haven't been available in their GF form for a while. Add to that the inconsistent order accuracy and the worst sushi we've had. Tried several times but it's a hard pass for us.

They did change gloves when I asked. There are things marked GF on the menu but when asked the spicy Mayo is made with flour so it wouldn’t be gluten free.
I ended up ordering the Japanese Bagel roll and the Spicy Tuna Roll and even though they are marked GF on the menu, according to the head person, the sauces on them are not. I really don’t understand how someone with Celiac can safely order food here. Even the waitress that took my order asked me if cream cheese was gluten free. So they are not familiar with the allergy at all. I didn’t get the sauces on them so basically it was rice cream cheese and raw fish. Not the best sushi I’ve had.

No gluten free menu...no gluten free sauces...only safe thing that was substantial was white rice and grilled veggies with no sauce. It was fine but nothing amazing. Staff was friendly and tried their best to make it as gluten free as possible.
Not safe for Celiac. There is NOT a gf menu. They bring out a list of items that do/do not have gluten, & I don’t mean menu items-I mean ingredients. Nothing on the menu reads safe so you have to read & figure out modifications on your own. The wait staff is nice & helpful, but not very knowledgeable. The food tastes good, and it’s a fun atmosphere , but it isn’t worth feeling crummy afterwards.

Our waitress told us they had a gluten free substitute for soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. I ordered chicken and veggies with gluten free teriyaki sauce and it was very good! Two thumbs up!
