Absolutely outstanding! The very definition of hospitality and professionalism. Each of the five courses was a 10 out of 10.
Our family of 4 is GF and DF. The staff was not only accommodating but they were HAPPY to be accommodating. Proactively told us that they will accommodate us at every course along the way. And they did! Explaining the modifications each time a dish was served.
The chef de cuisine and pastry chef came out to the table at the end to thank us for coming.

As of 08/2022, the manager has celiac and the staff is knowledgeable. There are multiple delicious GF options on the dinner menu, less but still some on the breakfast menu. Some nights, gluten free cornbread is available, but it isn’t fresh baked like most diner’s gluten-containing bread. Hamburgers come on GF sliced bread.
