Awesome little place with lots of options. Take and go or fresh made as well as family style meal prep. The bowl I had was super fresh and flavorful!

This place was delicious. One of the best gluten free meals my boyfriend (celiac) and I have had. I will definitely be going back. Really great pricing and a LOT of options. He said the only thing that wasn’t gluten free was the granola. 10/10! Super nice and helpful staff as well. :)

Rocky has the best restaurant in the area! Everything is GF and yummy. He has anything you could possibly have a craving for. My favorites are the buffalo chicken crust pizza, Greek power bowl, and stuffed peppers/zucchini boats.

Fabulous find while in area for vacation and racing. Endless choices so had to go twice. Food was amazing tasting, filling and safe for me having Celiac. Owners are friendly, knowledgeable and an overall fantastic sit down or take out or grab and go.

Absolutely amazing food. The GF Fried Rice was the best I’ve ever had. Great selection of items on the menu and prepared meals that you can grab and go. Highly recommend. Will stop by any time I’m on the area!

Fantastic experience all around. We were passing through the area so this was a perfect quick grab and go. The chicken pizzas were outstanding. Rocky was a class act. Great customer service.

I have been to Rock’s multiple times now and each time I have gotten something different! All of the food I have tried is fantastic. I have never had chicken crust pizza before coming here and it’s a very unique and flavorful taste. Everything is gluten free except the granola which is being changed. Awesome job and knowledgeable!

Rock's Kitchen is a unique health conscious eatery. They make fast food healthy and they are Gluten-free and Celiac free too. Vast menu from lettuce wraps to chicken crust, yes i said chicken crust pizza (in store made cauliflower crust as well). They have acai, pitaya bowls, smoothies, muffins, brownies and the list goes on and on. They also have a convient grab and go frodge filled with chciken and waffles, cauliflower mash...ok ok ok I think you need to head there they are awesome.
