Wow! Visited Rocksalt on the advice of a friend looking for fresh seafood. I explained my gluten intolerance and asked the server what menu items were GF. Almost the entire menu is gluten free without modification. The seafood is fresh and so good. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to eating here again (and again). I had tuna tartare, my friend had the crab cake and another friend had shrimp all were GF without modification.
