was so excited to read that the gf bagels were fluffy and big. i went and got a bacon egg and cheese bagel and it was absolutely delish!!!! large fluffy yummy bagel! they don’t have a dedicated place to prepare/toast the gf bagels so there is a little cross contamination

Unfortunately I have not gone here but decided to share this place with any gluten free or gluten sensitivites that may visit or live in Austin. Just cause I had to search a lot to find the information about their gluten free bagel.

If you are Celiac, do not go here after a bit of hard searching I discovered they are not Celiac friendly. They make their gluten free bagels in the same areas as their normal bagels. They answered a question on Yelp 2 years ago staring this and that they are meant for people with Gluten free diets.

Please be careful if you are Celiac or Gluten Sensitive, I almost stopped my search for answers and let my work colleagues buy it for me since I hadn't found anything while they were ordering. If I hadn't found the answer then I could have gotten very sick. This is so you can be aware and not spend as long as I did searching for answers.

Really wanted a breakfast stand which and so decided to try this place out. GF bagel is clearly listed on their menu both online and onsite. Minor upcharge but nothing crazy. Ordered their rockstar and was very excited that mine was the same size as my husbands non GF. Mine was also clearly labeled.

Bagel is super chewy and has good flavor. Was very happy with this choice. I can also stomach minor cross contamination so I did not ask any questions about safety which is why it’s getting a lower rating there.
