Ate pizza and Mac and cheese. Delicious and did not get sick at all. Was slightly surprised as it was too delicious not to get sick. As a coeliac it always seems too good to be true, but I was fine 🤩

We ate here once and had to come back on our last night because it was so good. The gf pizza crust is amazing and full of flavor! It actually has air pockets and is crispy. It's Neapolitan style pizza, not the chewy Greek style.

I had the apple smoked chicken pizza and then the pizza with smoked bison. Both were amazing!!

We were quite disappointed. The gf crust was dry and rough, the flavours were okay but nothing we’d go back for, and it was crazy expensive. Nearly $30 for one “individual” sized pizza. Three fairly basic personal size pizzas came to over $90.. also it definitely upset my stomach!

Almost the entire menu can be made gluten “friendly”. They use gf flatbread, when requested, and offer a variety of related items such as flatbread w/ bruschetta, pizza, and a few dips. Also, they have a nice selection of gf beers. **The 2 dairy free in my house enjoyed the regular crust as it is made without dairy. Great atmosphere - most pizzas are about $22+ for a regular size. Add $4 for gf.

My fiancée is celiac. We have eaten here several times. The staff seem aware of celiac needs, and she has never gotten sick once. Great food!

While the food tasted good and the service was pleasant, my husband who is celiac suffered a major glutening (I’ll spare you the graphic details) due to a waitstaff error. We ordered a gluten free flatbread appetizer (and definitely specified GF) which we didn’t realize was likely not GF until after our main course pizzas arrived. His pizza crust was GF and looked different from mine, but my pizza crust was like the flatbread. Sure enough, he got very ill.

The waitress was super knowledgeable, they have a separate oven space and prep area for the gluten free items! 🤓 I got a Tomato Basil Flatbread and we shared Bruschetta to start! 🍅🍕 Added bonus they’re nut free too!

Tons of gluten free options! Facility is also nut free! So many pizza options and the gluten free maple bacon Mac and cheese is amazing.

Amazing menu, separate gluten free oven and pots/water for gf pasta dishes. Staff was knowledgeable and answered all questions without ‘having to check’ which I really appreciate.

The staff was very attentive to my dietary needs, and the GF Pizza was great!

So good! Not on the main drag in Canmore a little off the beaten path. There was quite a long wait and our server wasn’t fabulous. However, the food was delish, and I think she was having an off night. Everyone else was fantastic. Would def. Go back!

I called ahead to make sure they knew I had a gluten allergy and not intolerance as there was no option on UberEats and the lady reassured me that anything with the gluten free option (pizza, pasta, sandwich) was made in a separate area of the kitchen with it’s own oven. I was very impressed with the pizza crust and it was delicious! I didn’t get sick which is always a plus haha

Called ahead and spoke to the staff. They have a separate oven for gf. Did a good job looking up my allergies on their products (corn). Accommodate dairy-free no problem. Knowledgeable about celiac and cc. Unfortunately still got sick after the meal. Perhaps knowledge about cc and actual cross contamination that occurs in the kitchen are different.
