I’ve eaten here about a dozen times and never gotten sick. Be sure to get the chicken because the other meats are marinated in beer.

The owner told me they had nothing for me.. they said everything touches everything and they could almost guarantee cross contamination.

The staff was knowledgeable and careful to avoid cross contamination. I was reluctant at first as it is a taco truck, but the food was AMAZING and I did not suffer from any cross contamination. A very tasty and cheap option for an expensive area. They have another taco cart location in Avon near the Westin Riverfront.
