They do have Gluten-free buns so they must have enough understanding. No other real gluten-free options though. I cannot attest to how their cross contamination is. The food taste, while not the worst, did not match my expectations of what the description said and was much more bland than I was expecting. (Their vegan burger has barley in it, so you can't eat it. But they also have the impossible burger option, which I believe you can eat).

Great burger: gluten free bun available
^not a lot of options at all: build your own burger or custom salad
I have celiac & did not get sick, just incredibly limited options. I would go back again because it’s a neat place.

I was worried when I walked in because the menu did not have a GF section. But then I saw the vegan patty so I asked. Lo and behold, they have a GF bun!!! I made sure to order my hamburger without the fried onions. However, it’s the first hamburger I’ve had since I went GF. It was spectacular. One of the best I’ve ever had. I ordered the Bloody Mary but was sure to tell them to NOT add the dark beer which the menu says they add. The Bloody Mary was great.

Awesome burger. None of the prep space for the meat overlaps with the bread. They have a good tasting GF bun but will also do a lettuce bun. Their fries are NOT safe.
