Meats are gluten free, as are many options at the salad bar. None of the salad bar options are marked *at* the salad bar, but rather they'll give you a book with allergen information. Which works fine, but it's a tad inconvenient.

Meats are delicious, salad bar sides pretty good, but it's a pricey meal.
