The waiter was very knowledgeable, and told me just about everything could be made gluten free! I had the chicken cordon bleu which was really yummy and the waiter confirmed he knew it was the gluten free one by the crust (always nice to have that confirmation they brought you the right thing). My husband loved his food too!

The waitress was knowledgeable, and told me they have GF breading available! I had chicken cordon bleu for the first time since my diagnosis and it was really good! There’s also a flourless chocolate cake on the dessert menu! 😍

Was able to confidently eat gluten AND dairy free here easily. Absolutely delicious farm to table locally sourced food. It really was an amazing meal. Both in the meal itself and service/environment.

I happened to catch the chef/owner out front earlier that evening to inquire about eating there and he was happy to accommodate. I truly didn't feel it was an issue for him which was nice.

When we arrived our waiter was great, chef knew my concerns already. When meal came waiter kindly reminded me that chef just wanted me to know that my husbands meal was not "safe". which I did know since it was handmade pasta. LOL It was awesome that he passed on that info to prevent me from tasting by accident though. ;) (I'm long past that phase of accidental "glutenings" thank goodness!)

Really surprised this doesn't have more reviews as its one of very few places in a really touristy area you can eat a great meal. This is a top notch little bistro though.

One warning: if you are celiac ask about cross contamination prevention. I didn't require that discussion, however the kitchen is tiny. Doubtful they could have a dedicated allergy area. They may have other practices in place to reduce this risk though so call ahead if that's a concern.

Awesome food and you can even get chicken Milanese which is like chicken piccata (breaded) because Roger will use gf bread crumbs, gf flour etc.
