Have a separate allergen noting menu regarding most common ingredients. Very accommodating for celiac—they changed gloves and used a separate cutting board, knife, and sushi mat, all specifically set aside for allergen purposes. Called out that grilled tofu could get contaminated and advised on having raw tofu. Further made an effort to use items (sushi wrapper) that weren’t on the top of the pile to further avoid cross contamination. Tasty food and a great experience. Recommended.
