I never would have known how seriously they take cross contamination precautions if I hadn’t randomly met the owner. Their family member with celiac is very sensitive to cross contamination (like me), and to they’re very aware of how careful to be. I let the employee know I’m very sensitive and she wipes down an area in the back, changed gloves, and washed her hands to assembly mine separately. They have a designated gluten free mixer/counter/cook top. Excited to go back again!
