Roll Up Crepes

I’ve been here so many times and I’m a sensitive celiac. I let them know I have celiac when I order my food and I’ve never gotten sick. A close family member of the owners has celiac disease, so they understand (separate mixer and cook top for GF crepes, and will get ingredients from the back for my food). The GF crepes are so good I’ve gotten nervous that they maybe accidentally gave me the gluten ones… they didn’t!
