Review of Rollin Ray's Rolled Ice Cream

First time here and walked up to I think it was the owner/manager. I asked “what bases do you offer that are gluten-free?” He replied “umm I’m not sure how to answer that… none. We use a base for all of them without the flavoring and it doesn’t say gluten free on it” so I wasn’t able to order.
