Roma Italian Bistro

We have been customers of Roma's since they opened in Minden. Recently, my wife was diagnosed with Celiac disease, so we were concerned that one of our favorite Italian restaurants was going to be off-limits to us now. How nice to go there today and have the hostess how we could order a crust less pizza, several different salads, the grilled chicken and, the salmon. But the best was, they offer gluten-free penne pasta for their pasta dished. My wife was able to order her favorite, Chicken Marsala. She was very pleased. The pasta was very good, the dish was delicious, and the whole visit was thoroughly enjoyable.

The waitress, who has gluten issues, was eager to help and informed me that gluten- free pasta was available for all entrees and the chicken Marsala was gluten-free.
