Review of Roma Italian Restaurant

The chef said he had gluten free pasta and could make a new sauce to ensure there was no cross contamination. He said he would take extra steps to ensure that my food was safe. So my plate took extra time to come out than my family's but I didn't mind because I felt like it would be really safe. It was also delicious.
