We ate at Roma twice yesterday and the food was great! All of the wait staff we talked with were very knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. They cook GF pizzas in a separate oven. The menu is limited with salad and pizza but they do have crème brûlée on the dessert menu.

Staff was extremely helpful and made adjustments to the appropriate appetizers to make selections available to me. They had a separate oven to bake my pizza in. One of the better GF pizzas I have had.
