I’m Celiac and I had Roma’s GF pizza and it was amazing. It’s a home made crust on a tin tray. They’re careful to ensure it’s not contaminated. While it’s in the same oven, I saw them wipe down a separate area before adding toppings and then they give you a plastic pizza cutter so they don’t contaminate it at all. I’ve had no issues and it’s probably the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had here in New York. And I’ve tried a lot.

Highly recommend!
