The food is overpriced. I went for the Easter buffet and the food was HORRIBLE. I ordered an omelette and it was burned. The person who made the omelettes just wiped a burnt pan. I couldn't even eat it. Ah, and they ILLEGALLY charge a mandatory tip of 18% that is supposed to be included in a table of 6 people or more.We were only two people and had to pay the undeserved 18% of tip. I went to the manager but she was very dismissive saying that NO MATTER WHAT, they were going to charge me an 18% tip. Shitty place. Do NOT go there.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to try the food here. The waiter was very nice, and was aware of the GF menu, but told me that everything is cooked together and that cross contamination definitely happens. She said that “maybe” the pizza would be the safest but after the conversation I didn’t think I should risk it.
There were a lot of GF options, though, for any non-celiac GF people who can handle cross contamination.

I love Roman Bistro and is my go to restaurant! They have a Gluten free menu and if you let your waitress or waiter know they do notify the chef. I have done an event there as well and they were able to accommodate my gluten free needs.
