Unfortunately they were out of gluten free pasta and other options are very limited especially for a picky eater who just wanted Mac and cheese.

The gluten-free pasta was the best! Great waiter. She said she could make pasta dish on the menu gluten-free and she stuck to her word

They do not offer a gluten free menu at the Opry Mills, Nashville, TN location.
I would not eat here if celiac or sensitive at ALL. They gf pasta is cooked in the same water. The server told me that I shouldn't order anything if I was sensitive.
No
The wait staff were really nice. However I found a spaghetti non gluten free in my gluten free penne so needless to say I got sick. Manger was really good about taking care of our bill after me getting sick. But depending on how sensitive you are to gluten it could be a good place for you but be aware.
Yes
The food was great, the staff was knowledgeable about what food was gluten free (all penne). They were very accommodating. The gluten free pasta serving size is 1/4 the size of the normal pasta serving size for the same price.

Currently they do not have GF pasta options. However staff were knowledgeable about GF & cross contamination. The caesar salad w/out croutons, with chicken or shrimp is very good. Grilled salmon with side of spinach instead or orzo a good option as well. The service was excellent.

As of 7/21/22, they did not have gluten free pasta as an option. Although the macaroni grill website appears to show gluten free pasta available, this location said they didn’t have any and offered no explanation.

Their menu has zero gluten free substitutes/options. I asked our server for gluten free options and she ended up bringing me an allergy menu after we asked multiple times. When I ordered my dish she just seemed very bothered by the fact that I had an allergy and she had to deal with it. Granted I know it’s a pasta establishment but still. I ended up ordering the create your own pasta with the pomodorino sauce, their gluten free pasta, and some chicken and spinach. It was pretty good, it’s just the service and attitude that was subpar.
