First off, I love Roma's. Family owned. A staple in the community. Their regular pizza was one of my "last meals" before going gluten free (celiac). I usually get their Frank's salad without issue. Tonight I felt brave and got their gf pizza. I've had it before, but it's always a gamble. The crust tastes pretty pasty and makes my teeth squeaky (weird, but true), but the cheese and toppings make up for it. Unfortunately two hours after eating it, I'm in pain. 😩 I miss Roma's so much. I have heard the cauliflower pizza is good, but I havent tried it. I'll be sticking to the salad from now on. It is a pizza place with shared space. I wouldn't recommend the pizza if you are celiac. Even the salad is probably a risk.

2 types of crust to choose from, cauliflower crust and one that is a bit more like a dense pastry, both are excellent. I suggest getting both to see which you like best (or just to have plenty leftovers)
