I’ve been coming here my whole life, certainly long before I found out I was gluten intolerant and FODMAP sensitive. I have never asked about safety as cross contamination is not too big of a concern to me, and have stuck with getting Linda’s chicken and fajitas (with corn tortillas of course!) and been generally fine. The only thing I’ve had a noticeable issue with is the rice, but that could be because of high FODMAP ingredients like onions. So while I don’t know how safe it really is, I can say that it’s one of my absolute favorite restaurants around! The owner is also wonderful and I’ve had near exclusively positive experiences there. Just make sure to be very clear about corn tortillas of you get to-go!
