We ordered a pizza,in gluten free crust with goat cheese, mushroons, bacon and ground beef. they have two sizes to choose from, which is uncommon. you can also have a gluten free sandwich. the flavor was some of the best we have ever had, and we have tried quite a free pizzas on many locations. I would recommend d this place without hesitation because we asked about their food, and the gentleman (Ron?) was very eager to show us the crust (from his freezer, wrapped up and on a foil pan). we thought the crust was freshly made. we learned after we ate that when gf is prepated, all surfaces, including the oven, are wiped down prior to preparation, AND the cook changes clothing. they explained they 'do it right "!. we don't have celiac but hear people with celiac live the place......and, if you are not gf, they have pizza, calzones, subs, salads & appetizer type foods. five stars!!
