Review of Roost Restaurant

Spoke with host and explained I had celiac. He was very helpful! We adapted each item to be GF: TX caviar salad (no crunchy bits of scallop/garlic because they have wheat flour); pork belly skewers; fried cauliflower (my favorite item); and acorn squash curry (no granola).
