Rooster's - A Noble Grille

I have celiac and also a dairy allergy. Called before arriving to be sure they could accommodate my allergies. The person answering the phone was confident they could. Our server, Sierra, was very knowledgeable about allergies and indicated which items were fine to order but also said the chef would change anything on the menu. I ordered the chicken and roasted beets with an arugula salad. Everything was delicious.

They don’t have a separate GF menu or items marked on the menu but the staff is very knowledgeable and will suggest GF dishes or ways to alter dishes to be GF. They are helpful and aware of all dietary restrictions and take them seriously, and will discuss dishes with the chefs to make sure they will be GF. I had a great meal and experience here!
