I have severe Celiac and have never gotten sick from eating here. Good food,great service and wonderful atmosphere. A bit more expensive but worth the money. Servers are always considerate of gluten free and take extra precautions!

The food was just okay and the service was very slow. I told the waitress I had a gluten allergy and she brought us the cheese and fruit with crackers on top. I heard another staff member telling another customer they use different water for GF pasta. I am not confident of safety for GF and it took us two hours to get our food so I would not go back.

Oh delicious food!

The host, and wait staff are well-educated on gluten free. The pasta is cooked in separate, fresh water. They asked how sensitive I am to gluten (extremely) and wrote that on our ticket. Instead of bread before our meal they served us a small charcuterie without crackers! Nothing was marked gf on the menu but the waitress discussed what I could safely eat. We will be return whenever our travels take us back to Klamath Falls.
